Each treatment is personalised to the health and needs of the individual. If necessary, they will recommend a different course of treatment to suit the patron's health and needs. Depending on the patron, treatments can take as short as 45 minutes to as long as two hours. In line with Ayurveda's philosophy of providing holistic care and treatment, many of the services offered by Ayurvedium requires patrons to come back, with some treatments lasting for two weeks (once a day sessions).

Ayurvedium Medispa has five treatment rooms, aims to not only treat the body, but also the mind and the spirit. Soothing Indian music is played during treatment to quiet the racing mind and calm the spirit. Each treatment room has treatment beds and such are specially imported from India as a tribute to the wealth of tradition available from the country. There is also a lie-down steam chamber and a Jacuzzi.
