Our Vaidyas /specialists and therapists are trained and certified to perform the treatments and therapies provided by Ayurvedium Medispa.
We advise you to remove all jewellery (stud earrings may be worn) prior to your arrival at the Medispa.
Please reserve your treatments and therapies in advance by calling +603-2142 2202. Upon arrival at Ayurvedium Medispa, please proceed to the Reception Counter. Our Medispa receptionist will reconfirm and briefly explain your scheduled treatments. Most treatments and packages include a brief period where you will be left alone while on mask or to enjoy your shower or bath.
If you are pregnant, please inform our Medispa receptionist or coordinator of your condition upon scheduling your treatment, enabling us to assist you in selecting the treatments) most appropriate.
Arriving Early
Arriving late will shorten your treatment. Please remember that your
treatment must end on time to prevent further delays, regardless of how
late you start.
Smoking & Alcohol
Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the Medispa. We
recommend that you refrain from consuming alcohol within eight hours
of your treatment.
Respect for Other Guests
Our Medispa promotes an environment of tranquility and relaxation.
Please respect other guests' rights to privacy and peace. The use of
cellular phones and electronic devices is prohibited in the Medispa.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations or changes in your appointments, a minimum of four
hours' notice is required in order to avoid being charged in full for any
scheduled appointment, programme, or service not attended.
